The legend of Donald Campbell CBE and his groundbreaking 1964 land speed record car known as Bluebird CN7

Encapsulating the eras, culture and design themes that inspired our most rebellious model, Super 3 Origins is a limited-edition collection of nine unique specifications – each limited to just nine examples. The eclectic mix of specifications explore an inspiration theme that featured on the mood boards, in the sketch books and on the design studio walls during the formative years of Super 3. Each commission within the Super 3 Origins collection is supplied with a unique art print, signed by the designer that created it.

Inspired by the free-flowing aerodynamic forms and the striking blue paintwork of Donald Campbell’s Bluebird CN7, which clocked a world record of 403.1mph on Australia’s Lake Eyre on 17 July 1964. Bluebird is as much a tribute to the gas turbine-powered vehicle as it is to Campbell himself, whose pioneering spirit helped him to break eight world speed records in total.

An extensive list of features includes CN7 colour-matched paint, wheels, headlight pods and cockpit hoops, gold Morgan wings badge, Bluebird graphics and a machine-turned aluminium dashboard. Bluebird can be further personalised, enquire below to discover more.
